You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for a full refund (including the delivery cost).
To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
3. Condition of returned items

We may make a deduction if returned goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary.
4. Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
We ask that you use a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any reasonable return postage costs.
6. Refunds
